Shipping Information & Prices We are located in central Missouri, a ways east of Springfield. We've had people from as far away as San Angelo & Ranger, Texas, California and New York come and pick up their puppies. We have puppies placed with very happy families in Missouri, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. (If you bought a puppy from us, and I forgot your state, send me an e-mail. I'll add it in!) The majority of these puppies have been picked up by their new families. It really is cheaper for you to pick a puppy up than to have it shipped. PLEASE NOTE: TransPet is apparently having technical difficulties. Therefore, we are no longer using TransPet's services at the current time. For over 3 years, we never shipped a puppy. We still prefer that you come and pick your puppy up, if at all possible. That way, you can see with your own eyes where your puppy came from and the good conditions here. We realize this is not always possible. A veterinarian friend and his wife recommend a ground transport service to us. They had used the service and were very pleased: TransPet We were hesitant about shipping at all in the beginning. It's our understanding that air shipping is hard on puppies, especially small breed pups; and we had read some horror stories about ground shipping. We don't sell to brokers or pet stores. We breed for quality and not quantity. The majority of our dogs have champion lines. Many are double-registered, some are even triple and quadruple-registered, with AKC, ACA, APR, and FIC. After shipping our first puppy with them, on 4/28/03, all the way to Miami, Florida, we were very pleased with their service. Our puppy arrived in good condition, clean, healthy, and happy. We still would prefer that you come and pick your puppy up if at all possible. However, we do understand that this is not always possible. TransPet is apparently having difficulties at the moment. We've not been able to get answers to our e-mail inquiries, phone messages, etc. for about 6 months. Therefore, we are not using TransPet for shipping at this time. If we can arrange an alternate means of transport for you puppy, we will try to arrange it. Otherwise, shipping will not be possible. We have heard of a few others in the area, and we will be investigating those as we have the opportunity. PLEASE NOTE: Once we put your puppy on the transport, If you refuse shipment of your puppy or fail to show up at the pickup point, your money will NOT be refunded, as we will have to pay to have the puppy shipped home again. If you would like to have your puppy shipped, we will find out the route schedule and notify you of a prospective shipping date. We will also have to know where you are located (city and state) to know how close they can get to you. A Note to Our Website Customers
