Now that
we've had to dry up our nannies while waiting on kidding, we have less milk to
make cheese with but more time to work on the web site!
Over the
last several months, I have managed to do TONS of research on making
cheese! I have learned how to make my own cultures, thermophilic and
mesophilic, and where to find rennet -- well, at least the junket type.
I've also learned how liquid rennet, dry rennet tablets, and junket tablets all
equal out.
I am
only posting recipes that we have already tried out and have turned out
well. As we try out new recipes, we will be posting more.
